Why Should You Consider Sigman Financial Fitness®?
If you are an attorney, a mediator, family therapist or another Family Law professional, you may want to know why you should consider working with me, especially if you’ve never worked with a Certified Financial Planner™ specializing in issues relating to divorce.
Finding a qualified Certified Financial Planner™ you can collaborate with and trust in sorting through financial issues related to both spouses is essential to producing an equitable settlement. Often times during the legal process, as you focus on short–term goals and deadlines, your client wishes you’d also focus on “what if” and “what do I do next?” scenarios. If you don’t have the time to explain it in a language they can understand, clients can become overwhelmed and paralyzed by the enormity of the event and unable to make any decisions in a timely manner.
Post–decree, your clients’ perceptions of the value of your services will be more favorable because I’ve already given them a vision of what their lives will be like after divorce, along with realistic action plans where they can establish their own financial roots.

Four Important Differences between Sigman Financial Fitness® and Other Financial Advisors
- I am more than just an expert witness.
I work with the team of experts you have already assembled and can play whatever role you deem most effective for your clients’ cases. I believe strongly in the collaborative process to solve complex client issues. - I am a FEE–ONLY Registered Investment Advisor.
I am an employee of All Season Financial Advisors, a fee–only Registered Investment Advisor. If any clients already have trusted relationships with investment advisors, I do not interfere with them. - My work as a Certified Financial Planner™ is supported by my Harvard MBA, a background in Wall Street investment banking, real estate and mortgage finance, and six years as personal financial advisor to a Forbes 400 real estate developer in New York.
- I will work with your clients post–decree to make sure that the agreements you negotiated are adhered to and that your clients feel they have a resource available to them to help them navigate their life after the divorce process is finished and their new life begins.
My goal is to allow you to focus on your work NOW, while I address your client’s long–term financial well–being and future life as a single person.
